2. Eligibility

3. Commission Structure
- Standard commission: 7% on net sales (excluding returns, taxes, shipping)
- Performance-based bonuses and seasonal incentives may be offered
- Commission is paid on valid sales made within a 30-day cookie window
4. Payouts
- Payouts are made monthly through your selected affiliate platform or agreed-upon method
- A minimum balance may be required to receive a payout (depending on platform terms)
- Transactions that are canceled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent will not be eligible for commission
5. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates must promote Marlies Grace in a truthful and brand-appropriate way
- Content should reflect our brand tone: refined, thoughtful, and timeless
- Do not use false or misleading claims or comparisons
- Coupon or deal sites are not permitted without written approval
Prohibited actions:
- Paid search bidding on "Marlies Grace" branded terms or variations
- Use of spyware, adware, or cookie stuffing
- Unauthorized email marketing or spam
- Imitating Marlies Grace official social channels or website
6. Use of Brand Assets
- You may use approved banners, product images, and logos provided by Marlies Grace
- Do not modify our brand assets without written consent
- Always maintain a professional and clean presentation consistent with our visual identity
7. Order Reversals and Returns
- If a customer returns or cancels their order, the associated commission will be reversed
- Fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referral orders are not eligible for commissions
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, without notice, if you breach these terms or act in a way that may damage the Marlies Grace brand.
You may also terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Marlies Grace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages related to this program. We make no guarantees regarding income or performance through affiliate participation.
10. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes. Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the updated terms.
