Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions – Delilah
Welcome to the Delilah Cosmetics Affiliate Programme! By joining, you agree to the following terms:
Commission & Tracking
Commission is paid on net sales, which excludes VAT, shipping costs, returns, and cancellations.
The standard cookie window for tracking referrals is 30 days. This means that any purchases made within 30 days of a click on your affiliate link will be attributed to you.
All commissions are tracked and processed through the Awin platform. You can access real-time data, track performance, and receive payments directly via the platform.
Restrictions
No Brand Bidding on CSS: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on Delilah brand terms, including variations or misspellings, in paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and within Comparison Shopping Services (CSS). This is to ensure that our brand remains protected from unauthorized or misleading ad campaigns.
Affiliates must only use Delilah’s website content, images, and branding in compliance with the official brand guidelines provided by Delilah.
Voucher code websites may only promote voucher codes provided through Awin or those explicitly approved by Delilah. Unauthorized use of codes can result in penalties or removal from the program.
Returns & Cancellations
No commission will be paid for orders that are refunded or canceled, including those that were canceled after the initial purchase.
Commissions are only applicable to completed sales that are not subject to returns, cancellations, or chargebacks. If a customer returns an item, or if an order is canceled for any reason, the affiliate commission will be revoked.
Brand Integrity
Delilah reserves the right to decline or remove affiliates who fail to align with our brand values or who promote content that is misleading, inappropriate, or unethical.
Affiliates are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity when promoting Delilah products. This includes ensuring that all content and marketing materials are accurate, respectful, and in line with Delilah’s commitment to quality and ethical business practices.
Changes
Delilah reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates, and it is the responsibility of the affiliate to stay informed and comply with the most recent version of these terms.
Affiliates will be notified of any significant updates to the programme terms, and continued participation in the programme will be considered as acceptance of these changes.
