Roamable.co Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Roamable.co Affiliate Program on Awin! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for all partners promoting Roamable.co through Awin. By joining our program, you agree to comply with the terms below:
1. Eligibility
Affiliates must be approved by Roamable.co via the Awin platform. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn up to 20% commission on all qualifying sales generated through their Awin tracking link.
Commission is calculated based on the final purchase amount (excluding taxes and fees).
Returns, cancellations, or fraudulent orders will result in commission reversal.
3. Payouts
Commissions are paid via Awin’s platform, according to Awin’s payout schedule.
Payments are made in USD.
Sales generated with discount codes not issued through Awin will be deemed ineligible for commission.
Minimum payment thresholds and payment timing are governed by Awin’s policies.
4. Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote Roamable.co using:
Blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Paid advertising is not allowed on branded keywords (e.g., “Roamable”, “Roamable.co”, etc.).
Use of coupon or cashback websites is permitted only with written approval.
5. Brand Usage
Affiliates may use Roamable.co’s logo, images, and promotional banners provided via Awin.
Content must not misrepresent the brand or make false claims about products.
Affiliates must not impersonate Roamable.co in emails, ads, or communications.
6. Prohibited Activities
No cookie stuffing, link cloaking, or misleading redirects.
No PPC bidding on branded or trademarked terms.
No use of spam or unsolicited email marketing.
Affiliates found engaging in prohibited practices may be removed from the program and forfeit commissions.
7. Termination
Roamable.co reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these terms.
8. Changes to the Program
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions or our commission structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes through Awin.
9. Liability
Roamable.co is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from affiliate participation. Affiliates operate as independent parties and are not considered employees, partners, or representatives of Roamable.co.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
