<li><strong>Always use official MirrorMate assets.</strong> Logos, lifestyle imagery, and product visuals should be taken from our affiliate Media Kit or from the creative provided in the platform. Do not use outdated or off-brand images pulled from the web.</li>
<li><strong>Never alter the MirrorMate logo.</strong> This includes stretching, changing colors, cropping, or placing it over busy backgrounds. Please preserve clear space around the logo for visibility.</li>
<li><strong>Use the brand name accurately.</strong> Always write “MirrorMate” with a capital M in both “Mirror” and “Mate.” Never abbreviate, misspell, or modify it. Do not use “Mirror Mate,” “MirrorMates,” or any variations.</li>
<li><strong>Respect trademark-sensitive phrasing.</strong> Do not use or stylize the phrases “FRAME MY MIRROR,” “FRAME YOUR MIRROR,” or “ADD A FRAME” in isolation, all caps, or bold. These may only appear as part of a longer descriptive sentence (e.g., “You can frame your mirror with MirrorMate”).</li>
<li><strong>Maintain our brand tone.</strong> MirrorMate’s voice is friendly, approachable, uplifting, and DIY-friendly. Avoid language that is overly technical, promotional, or pushy. Affiliates are encouraged to speak like real people helping real homeowners.</li>
<li><strong>Product descriptions must match our site.</strong> When referencing frame styles, product materials, or installation steps, please cross-check with live listings at <a href="https://www.mirrormate.com" target="_blank">mirrormate.com</a> to ensure accuracy.</li>
