By joining the Bloomeffects affiliate program on AWIN, you agree to the following terms:
Territory
We only ship to addresses within the United States. Affiliates may only promote offers to US-based audiences.
Commissions
Commissions are paid on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, returns, and cancellations).
Orders cancelled or refunded due to fault, fraud, or violation of these terms are not commissionable.
Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-day returns for faulty or damaged items only. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Commission will be reversed on any refunded or returned orders.
Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not:
Use voucher, coupon, cashback, or loyalty sites unless explicitly approved.
Bid on our branded terms (e.g. “Bloomeffects”) in paid search without written permission.
Misrepresent the brand, pricing, or product claims in any way.
Use spam, misleading links, or deceptive tactics.
Share or post exclusive affiliate discount codes on coupon or deal aggregation websites. If any code is found on such platforms, we reserve the right to cancel the code, void any associated commissions, and remove the affiliate from the program.
Program Termination
We may terminate or suspend any affiliate account without notice for suspected abuse, fraud, or activity inconsistent with our brand values.
All commission decisions and account actions are at our sole discretion.

Standard AWIN 30-day cookie applies.
