🔒 Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions – Araco Interiors
By joining the Araco Interiors affiliate programme on Awin, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission on net sales (excluding VAT, shipping, returns, and cancellations)
Commission rates are defined within the Awin platform and may vary by product category or promotional period
2. Cookie Duration
The standard cookie length is 30 days, unless otherwise stated within Awin
3. Prohibited Activity
Affiliates may not bid on Araco Interiors’ branded terms (e.g. “Araco Interiors”, “Araco furniture”) or misspellings in paid search campaigns
Use of misleading, deceptive, or spammy marketing methods (including fake discounts, voucher sites without approval, or false claims) is strictly prohibited
Domains or websites deemed unsuitable, offensive, or misaligned with Araco Interiors’ brand may be removed from the programme without notice
4. Voucher Code Use
Only affiliate-approved voucher codes will be commissionable
Use of non-approved codes may result in the cancellation of commissions
5. Paid Media
Paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) affiliates must seek prior written approval before launching campaigns that include Araco Interiors content or promotions
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use only the logos, banners, and creatives provided or pre-approved by Araco Interiors
Any unauthorised use of branding or imagery may result in suspension
7. Trade & B2B Orders
Commission is not applicable on trade accounts or B2B pricing unless specifically agreed in writing
8. Payouts
Commission is validated and paid monthly, subject to the return window (typically 30 days)
Orders found to be fraudulent or cancelled will be excluded from commission
9. Right to Terminate
Araco Interiors reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the programme at any time, with or without cause
