Welcome to the official Raine and Bea Affiliate Program, powered by Awin. We are more than lingerie we are a celebration of confidence, craftsmanship, and unapologetic femininity. If you share our passion for timeless design and fearless elegance, you’re in the right place.
By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms. Let’s make lingerie dramatic and profitable!
1. Who We Are
Raine and Bea is a British luxury lingerie brand known for couture-level quality, a hit with celebrities and stylists alike, we invite confidence and drama with ’Theatrical Flair for Everyday Wear’ Each piece tells a story - and we’re inviting you to tell yours while earning commission for every successful referral.
2. Commission & Rewards
Because great taste deserves great returns.
• Commission Rate: Up to 20%
• Cookie Duration: 30 day cookie / 60 day creators
• Validation Period: 45 days after purchase
• Payments: Processed securely through Awin on their standard payout schedule.
Note: Raine and Bea reserves the right to adjust commission rates or terms with prior notice.
3. Tracking & Attribution
To ensure you’re credited for the elegance you inspire:
• All referrals must go through your unique Awin tracking links.
• We use last-click attribution - the final referring affiliate earns the sale.
• Any manipulation of tracking, self-referrals, or technical circumvention will result in removal.
4. Affiliate Eligibility
We’re selective - as we are with our fabrics.
We are interested in: Fashion-forward influencers, stylists, editorial platforms, lingerie-focused creators
We are not interested in: Adult content, misleading or unethical promotion, spam or coupon-only sites (unless pre-approved)
We review every application to ensure it reflects the Raine & Bea standard.
5. Prohibited Activities
These actions are strictly not permitted:
• Brand Bidding: Do not bid on ‘Raine & Bea’ or any brand variation in paid search ads.
• Unsolicited Email or Spam: No mass emailing, bots, or fake subscriber lists.
• Fake Offers or Misleading Claims: Transparency only.
• Off-Brand Messaging: Misrepresenting our identity or using unauthorised content will result in immediate removal.
We maintain the right to suspend any affiliate who damages our reputation or violates our terms.
6. Brand Representation Guidelines
You’re an ambassador- represent with intention.
• Use only approved creatives (banners, logos, assets) provided via Awin.
• We encourage original content - as long as it stays true to our voice: confident, feminine, and theatrical. You must first submit your version to the Raine & Bea team for approval in accordance.
• Influencers must comply with relevant disclosure regulations (e.g. #ad, #affiliate).
• Any offensive, exploitative, or off-brand content will result in termination from the program.
7. Discounts & Vouchers
We control the codes - always.
• Only use discount codes issued by Raine & Bea via Awin.
• Use of unauthorised codes or public voucher scraping = forfeited commission.
• Cashback and voucher sites must request pre-approval to join the program.
8. Termination Policy
You may leave the program at any time via your Awin dashboard.
Likewise, Raine and Bea reserves the right to pause, terminate, or remove any affiliate, with or without notice, for violating these terms or misrepresenting our brand.
9. Legal & Compliance
• We do not guarantee income - performance is based entirely on valid tracked sales.
• You are responsible for adhering to UK ASA/CAP guidelines, GDPR, FTC rules (if applicable), and any other relevant advertising laws.
• We are not liable for technical issues such as browser cookie restrictions, ad blockers, or third-party interference.
10. Program Changes
As Raine & Bea evolves, so might our affiliate structure.
We may update these Terms & Conditions, commission rates, or program rules. Affiliates will be notified via Awin or email. Continued participation confirms your acceptance of changes.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided - including logos, product imagery, and copy - remains the intellectual property of Raine and Bea. It may not be altered, resold, or reused outside the affiliate context without explicit permission.
12. Territory
Our affiliate program is currently open to traffic originating from:
United Kingdom, Europe, United States.
We reserve the right to restrict or expand availability at our discretion.
13. Data Protection
Affiliates must not collect or store customer data unless explicitly authorised. All campaigns must comply with GDPR and local privacy laws.
