These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the GTechPro Affiliate Program operated by G Technology Ltd ("Company," "we," or "us"). By joining and participating in our Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1.1 To participate, you must submit an application through our affiliate portal. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
1.2 We may reject applications that promote or are associated with illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

2.1 Affiliates will earn a commission on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns) generated through valid affiliate links.
2.2 Standard commission rates are defined upon approval and may vary depending on product categories, promotions, or performance tiers.
2.3 Commission is not earned on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
2.4 Payments are made [monthly/quarterly] after a [30-day] validation period, via [bank transfer/PayPal/etc.] once the minimum payout threshold of £[e.g. 50] is met.

3.1 The tracking cookie duration is 30 days.
3.2 If a customer returns within 30 days and makes a purchase using the same device/browser, the sale will be attributed to your affiliate link.

4.1 Affiliates may promote using:

Blog content, product reviews, videos

Social media (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok)

Email (in compliance with GDPR and opt-in policies)

Personal websites and forums

4.2 You may not:

Use PPC ads bidding on “GTechPro,” “G Technology Ltd,” or misspellings of our brand name

Use unauthorized coupon or discount codes

Misrepresent our brand or falsely advertise promotions

Use spam tactics or unsolicited commercial emails

Engage in cookie stuffing or link cloaking

5.1 You may only use the logos, banners, and assets provided in our affiliate resources.
5.2 Modifying official brand materials without written permission is prohibited.
5.3 All promotional content must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in accordance with ASA and UK advertising regulations (e.g. "This post contains affiliate links").

6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause.
6.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
6.3 Upon termination, any unpaid commissions on eligible sales will be paid out at our discretion.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the program. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the previous 6 months.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
