General Policies
Acceptance on to The Brush & Broom affiliate program is based on a number of criteria. Only publishers who operate well designed and maintained sites will be considered. Any offensive, pornographic or illegal sites are not permitted.
Affiliates accept that in becoming a Brush & Broom affiliate they will act in a responsible manner that does not bring The Brush & Broom and any of its associated brands, products or services into disrepute.
Adware / Spyware
The use of adware and spyware is strictly forbidden.
Landing Pages
All affiliate traffic to The Brush & Broom website must only result from users clicking on a mutually agreed link/banner. Overlays and masked URLs are NOT permitted.
Domain Name Restrictions
Affiliates must not register domain names which are similar/misleadingly similar to the The Brush & Broom brand for example, a pseudo-Brush & Broom Gift Shop URL such as www.brushandbroom.net or sub-domain variants such as www.brushandbroom.affiliateABC.com.
Google Base / Merchant Centre
Affiliates may not submit links to Brush & Broom products on Google Base/Merchant Centre. Doing so is a violation of both the Brush & Broom and Google Merchant Centre terms and conditions.
Email policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited marketing email directing traffic to the Knees Home and Electrical website or relating to Knees Home and Electrical related products. Such emails need to be mutually agreed on between affiliates and The Brush & Broom prior to sending out.
Promotional material/Creatives
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative material (such as banners) or text links provided by Knees Home and Electrical via the Affiliate Window interface, without prior consent and approval.
Use of voucher codes
Affiliates are only permitted to promote codes that are provided through the The Brush & Broom affiliate program.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed. Codes should be removed or clearly marked as expired after the expiry date, unless advised otherwise.
The Brush & Broom reserves the right to withhold any commission accrued if non-authorised/expired voucher codes are used in an affiliate-related transaction.
Cashback
Please note that Cashback can not be claimed in-conjunction of using a voucher code or financial product such as finance or gift vouchers.
