1. Commission Structure
Standard commission starting at: 5% of net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and gift cards).
Commission is paid on last-click attribution within a 30-day cookie window.
Commission is only valid for completed, non-returned transactions.
2. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not:
Bid on Blossom Beauty brand terms or close variants in paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing).
Use misleading or unauthorized coupon codes.
Create false promotions or imply exclusive offers without written approval.
Promote on adult, offensive, or inappropriate content platforms.
3. Traffic & Promotion Guidelines
Only transparent, disclosed, and FTC-compliant promotional practices are allowed.
Influencer posts must clearly disclose partnerships using #ad, #sponsored, or equivalent.
Coupon/cashback publishers must keep offers up to date and verified.
Sub-affiliate or sub-network use must be disclosed and approved.
4. Reversal Policy
We reserve the right to reverse commissions for:
Orders that are returned, cancelled, fraudulent, or non-compliant.
Affiliates who violate these terms.
Affiliates with suspicious activity or cookie stuffing behavior.
5. Creative Usage
Only use officially provided creative assets via AWIN.
Do not alter logos, product imagery, or branding without approval.

6. Program Management
Blossom Beauty reserves the right to remove affiliates at any time and update terms without prior notice.
Participation in the program implies ongoing agreement to these terms.
