1. Promotion
1.1. Our partners can use any sites/platforms for their posts including but not limited to their own and 3rd-party sites, blogs and social networks.
1.2. We accept traffic from all countries. There are no restricted countries or regions to conduct marketing activity.
1.3. Paid advertising campaigns that include keywords such as the name of the brand written in any format and language (e.g. tradingview, tradingview.com, trade view, trader view) are strictly prohibited.
1.4. Retargeting or remarketing is not considered paid user acquisition. An affiliate will not be rewarded for these users.
1.5. Partners may not use any site/platform that replicates the design, functionality, name (including domain name) or services of TradingView. Such websites are likely to mislead users. If you wish to use TradingView’s design elements, you may:
• use allowed elements of our corporate style for your creatives and promotional materials;
• integrate our widgets to show affiliation with TradingView.
1.6. It is not allowed to include discounts or special offers unless such discounts were specifically authorized by TradingView.
1.7. Monetary incentives are not allowed, including but not limited to: cashbacks, TradingView Rewards cashbacks, and/or additional discounts not authorized by TradingView.
1.8. Spamming is strictly prohibited.
1.9. Purchasing a TradingView subscription through one’s own referral link is prohibited and will not be rewarded.
1.10. Adding referral links in the widget attribution or any part of the widget's HTML code is not allowed. Such traffic will not be compensated. Widget source links must always remain organic and non-referral.
1.11. Resellers of subscriptions are not considered affiliates and shall not receive commissions for their sales.
1.12. PPC traffic must be pre-approved before starting promotional activities.
2. Commissions
2.1. As a member of the Partner Program, you receive a fixed amount depending on the subscription plan purchased by the referred user.
2.2. 90-day cookie: when users click your link, a cookie is stored in their browser for 90 days. If they sign up within 90 days, they will be assigned to you.
2.3. Attribution window: users have 90 days after sign-up to purchase a subscription or start a trial. If they start a trial, the attribution window extends another 90 days after the trial ends. Purchases within this extended window are credited to your account.
2.4. Commissions apply only to subscriptions purchased via the web version of TradingView. Desktop and mobile app purchases, market data, add-ons, and TradingView Rewards purchases do not count toward commissions.
2.5. Affiliates are rewarded for new users only. If a user previously had a TradingView account, they will not be considered a new referral and no commission will be paid.
2.6. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from the affiliate’s commission.
2.7. TradingView calculates commissions monthly and uses internal data to provide accurate partner reporting.
3. Payouts
3.1. Payouts are made once per month (within 40 days).
4. Responsibility
4.1. TradingView reserves the right to refuse payment if any violations or dishonest tactics are detected. The account may be permanently blocked.
4.2. TradingView is not responsible for the activities an affiliate undertakes to generate traffic. The affiliate guarantees compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.3. TradingView is not responsible for an affiliate’s tax obligations. All taxes and mandatory payments are the affiliate’s responsibility.
4.4. TradingView may modify or update these Rules at any time with or without notice. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the Rules periodically.
4.5. TradingView is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by third parties.
