<h3>Commission & Cookie</h3>
<ul>
<li>Standard Commission: Up to $100 per sale</li>
<li>Cookie Duration: 30 days</li>
<li>Commission is paid on net sales value (excluding tax, shipping, and service fees)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Traffic & Promotional Guidelines</h3>
<ul>
<li>Brand bidding is strictly prohibited (e.g. "Space Suitcases", "space-suitcases.com", or misspellings)</li>
<li>Paid search using brand terms in titles, descriptions, or display URLs is not allowed</li>
<li>Affiliates must add brand-related terms to their negative keyword list</li>
<li>Promotion via coupon, cashback, or loyalty sites requires prior approval</li>
<li>Email marketing must be pre-approved and comply with applicable spam laws</li>
<li>No promotion on adult, offensive, or age-restricted content platforms</li>
</ul>
<h3>Prohibited Practices</h3>
<ul>
<li>Trademark bidding or impersonation of our brand</li>
<li>Cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or click injection</li>
<li>Misleading claims, false advertising, or misuse of creative assets</li>
<li>Promoting in restricted geographies without prior consent</li>
</ul>
<h3>Commission Reversals</h3>
<p>Commissions may be declined for the following reasons:</p>
<ul>
<li>Order cancellation or product return</li>
<li>Fraudulent or duplicate transactions</li>
<li>Breach of any program terms listed above</li>
<li>Customer failed payment or credit check</li>
</ul>
<h3>Additional Notes</h3>
<p>We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes. Continued participation constitutes agreement to the updated terms.</p>
