KC Cattle Company Affiliate Program – Program Terms
Commission Rate:
Standard commission is 10% on eligible product sales (excluding gift cards and non-commissionable promotions).
Cookie Duration:
30-day cookie window — you’ll earn commission on any eligible purchase made within 30 days of a referred click.
Payout Threshold & Frequency:
Commissions are processed and paid through AWIN’s standard payout system once the transaction is validated and cleared the return window.
Order Validation Period:
All orders are reviewed and validated within 30–45 days to ensure product delivery and account for potential returns or cancellations.
Non-Commissionable Items:
Gift cards, taxes, shipping, and returns are not commissionable.
Some promotional items or heavily discounted bundles may be excluded.
Prohibited Practices:
Self-referrals are not allowed.
No use of unauthorized coupons or promo codes.
No bidding on branded keywords (“KC Cattle Company,” “KCCattleCompany.com”) in paid search.
No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or misleading redirects.
Affiliates may not use cashback or browser extension models unless pre-approved.
Marketing Guidelines:
Affiliates may use approved banners, logos, product images, and text links provided through AWIN.
Custom creatives or brand assets must be approved in advance.
Brand integrity and mission must be respected in all promotions — we’re a veteran-owned business with a loyal audience that values authenticity.
Exclusive Opportunities:
Top affiliates may receive bonus rates, co-branded campaigns, early access to promotions, and seasonal collaboration opportunities.
