Program Terms

By joining the SATISFY Affiliate Program, you accept without reservation the following terms:

1. Acceptance and Prior Authorization

Your acceptance into the program does not constitute authorization to commence any marketing activity. No marketing, promotion, advertising, or publishing of any kind may take place without prior, specific, written consent from SATISFY or an authority expressly appointed by SATISFY.

Any request for authorization must include, in full and exhaustive detail:

  • A complete marketing plan (objectives, duration, channels, all participants involved).
  • Full contact details for each party engaged.
  • All environments, media, and placements where campaigns will appear.
  • Scripts, messages, visuals, videos, creative assets, formats.
  • Target audiences, demographic details, and targeting methodology.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance (including GDPR where applicable).
  • Any other information SATISFY deems necessary for absolute, unequivocal approval.

No exceptions will be granted: any breach of these conditions will immediately result in:

  • Rejection of all pending commissions.
  • Retroactive reversal of all approved commissions.
  • Full repayment of all commissions already paid, at your sole cost, without exception or delay.

2. Brand Standards and Image

  • No personal interpretation of brand standards will be accepted: only written standards issued by SATISFY or an appointed authority are valid.
  • It is your sole responsibility to obtain, understand, and comply with these standards, and to have every marketing element pre-approved in writing before publication.
  • Any content that is inaccurate, misaligned with brand requirements, or potentially damaging to SATISFY’s image is strictly prohibited.

3. Responsibility for Third Parties

If you work with any third party (agency, consultant, subcontractor, partner), you:

  • Accept full and sole liability for their actions.
  • Guarantee their complete adherence to these terms.
  • Declare and have them approved in writing before any marketing goes live.
  • Bear all losses, costs, damages, and disputes resulting from their actions, with no transfer of liability to SATISFY or any other party.

4. Prohibited Practices

Any practice deemed unauthentic, fraudulent, or non-compliant is strictly forbidden, including:

  • Bots, unapproved AI, clickbots, spoofing, falsified impressions, cookie stuffing.
  • Malicious software, fabricated sales, manipulated data.
  • Unapproved coupons, voucher codes, or incentives of any kind.
  • Non-GDPR-compliant data collection or data obtained via incentives.

Violations will result in unlimited retroactive cancellation and repayment of all commissions, with no right of appeal.

5. Channels and Formats Requiring Approval

Without prior written consent, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • PPC campaigns containing “SATISFY”, its variations, misspellings, or abbreviations.
  • Display, retargeting, Google/Bing Shopping, CSS, or price comparison activities.
  • Email marketing to lists that are not double opt-in or that were gathered via incentives.
  • Sponsored content, aggregators, or comparison sites without pre-approved product details, pricing, and creative updates.
  • Any channel or medium not expressly listed in the written authorization.

Each marketing instance requires its own authorization. Consent for one activity does not apply to any other activity.

6. Contractual and Payment Terms

  • No agreement is valid without a mutually signed Insertion Order (IO).
  • No invoices will be accepted more than 90 days after the agreed activity ends.
  • SATISFY is the sole entity liable for approved payments; no other party will be held responsible.
  • Invoices are only valid for activity explicitly agreed in a signed IO.

7. Final Provisions

  • Failure to enforce any clause does not constitute tolerance or consent.
  • Any ambiguity, typographical error, or linguistic inaccuracy in these terms cannot be used to justify a breach; clarification must be sought in writing before acting.
  • When in doubt, you must obtain written clarification prior to any action.
