Qitone Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions on AWIN
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Qitone Affiliate Program on the AWIN network. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our affiliate program. By applying and being accepted into the Qitone program, you agree to comply with these Terms in addition to the AWIN Publisher Agreement.
2. Publisher Acceptance
Application Review: All applications are subject to review. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may reject applications for any reason, including but not limited to, websites or promotional methods that are deemed inappropriate, misleading, or violate our brand guidelines.
Website and Promotional Methods: We generally accept publishers with a focus on wellness, lifestyle, health, nutritional and biohacking content. We reserve the right to monitor your promotional methods and may suspend or terminate your participation if you violate these Terms or our brand guidelines.
Compliance with AWIN's Terms: You must be an approved AWIN publisher and comply with all of AWIN's terms and conditions, including but not limited to their Publisher Agreement and Tracking Policy.
3. Commission Structure
Commission Rate: The standard commission rate is a percentage of the approved transaction value, as displayed on our AWIN profile.
Commissionable Products: Commission is paid on the net sales amount of Qitone products, excluding VAT, shipping costs, and any other fees.
Validation Period: Commissions will be auto validated and approved after a validation period of 37 days from the date of the transaction. This period allows for returns, cancellations, and fraud checks. We reserve the right to decline commissions on transactions that are refunded, cancelled, or are deemed fraudulent.
Payment: All commission payments are handled by AWIN in accordance with their payment schedule and minimum payment thresholds.
4. Promotional Methods and Guidelines
Approved Promotional Methods: You are permitted to use your affiliate links on your websites, blogs, social media channels, and email marketing, provided you adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising disclosure requirements.
Voucher Codes: You may only promote voucher or discount codes that are officially provided by Qitone through the AWIN platform or our account manager. The use of unauthorized or expired voucher codes may result in the reversal of commissions and removal from the program.
5. De-duplication
Last-Click Attribution: The Qitone affiliate program operates on a last-click attribution model. This means that a commission is attributed to the last affiliate link a customer clicked on before completing a purchase.
De-duplication Policy: We reserve the right to de-duplicate sales against other marketing channels, such as paid search (PPC) and direct email marketing, when a customer has interacted with a non-affiliate channel after clicking your affiliate link. This is done to ensure fair attribution across all our marketing efforts.
6. Termination
Breach of Terms: We may terminate your participation in the program immediately and without notice if you are found to be in breach of these Terms or the AWIN Publisher Agreement.
Inactivity: We reserve the right to terminate your participation if your account is inactive for a period of six months or if no commissions have been generated for a period of six months.
Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, you must immediately remove all Qitone links, banners, and other creative assets from your promotional channels. Any pending commissions may be reversed if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms.
7. Miscellaneous
Independent Contractor: You are an independent contractor, and nothing in these Terms will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Qitone.
Confidentiality: You agree to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to commission rates, promotional offers, and internal communications, confidential.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will provide 7 days' notice of any changes through the AWIN platform's Communication Centre. Your continued participation in the program after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
