Below are the terms and conditions of our program to ensure a successful collaboration.

All affiliates earn a 10% commission on eligible sales.
2nd Tier (12%)
Affiliates generating $3000+ in monthly sales earn an 12% commission on all sales for that month.
3rd Tier (15%)
Affiliates generating $5,000+ in monthly sales earn a 15% commission on all sales for that month.
Additional Perks: Early access to exclusive promotions and new collections, and potential spotlight in Emote World's newsletters or website.
New Affiliate Bonus
New affiliates earn 15% commission for your first 3 months to jumpstart their partnership with Emote World.
Seasonal Bonuses
Earn higher commissions during peak periods (15% during holiday sales or new collection launches that will last for 1 month from the launch time).
2. Cookie Duration
A 30-day cookie window ensures affiliates are credited for purchases made within 30 days of a customer clicking their unique affiliate link.
3. Eligibility Criteria

- - Aesthetic and tone should reflect Emote Worlds elegant, one-of-a -kind, timeless wearable designs.
- b) Audience Alignment:
- Engaged audiences interested in high-quality, artisanal clothing and sustainable fashion.
- - Preferred demographic: Men and Women 30+ with a love for fashion that makes a quiet luxury statement.
- c) Platform Presence:

- - Social media: Affiliates with 10000+ followers are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to those with a 3%+ engagement rate.
- Blogs/Websites: Quality content related to sustainable luxury fashion is ideal.
d) Geographic Focus:
- Affiliates with audiences in global fashion hubs (e.g., North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia) are preferred.
e) Professional Standards:
- High-quality visuals, engaging content, and ethical promotion practices. Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines.
f) Special Consideration:
Stylists, personal shoppers, and micro-influencers (<10,000 followers) with highly engaged niche audiences are encouraged to apply.
4. Program Benefits

b) Co-Branding Opportunities: Feature top affiliates on Emote World’s social channels or newsletters, boosting their visibility.
c) Flexible Payments: Timely monthly payouts via AWIN’s secure platform.

5. Restrictions
a) No PPC bidding on Emote World or related keywords.
b) Unauthorized coupon codes are prohibited.
6. Termination Clause
Emote World reserves the right to remove affiliates who fail to meet program standards, misuse promotional materials, or engage in unethical practices.

b) Giveaways: Encourage your followers to subscribe to Emote World's newsletter by hosting a giveaway! One lucky follower, chosen by you, will win a special gift or voucher valued at $295+
