**Commission & Tracking**
- We offer a default commission of **15%** per approved sale.
- The cookie duration is **30 days**.
- Commission is calculated on the net transaction value, **excluding VAT, shipping costs, and discounts**.
- Orders that are returned, cancelled, or refunded will not be commissionable.

**Payment Terms**
- Validated commissions will be processed and paid out on a monthly basis.
- Only completed and approved transactions will be included in the payment cycle.

**Programme Guidelines**
- **Brand bidding is not allowed** on paid search without written approval.
- Affiliates may not promote Niidor using unauthorized discount codes.
- Compliance with FTC/ASA guidelines regarding affiliate disclosure is required at all times.
