Blimburn Seeds Affiliate Branding, Promotion, and Visual Identity Guidelines for Affiliate Partners
General Branding Guidelines
- All registered affiliate domains and social media channels must strictly adhere to Blimburn Seeds’ branding guidelines.
- The use of the Blimburn Seeds brand name (including misspellings, typos, or variations) for paid search, social media, or domain names is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorized use of the brand in domain names (e.g., www.buy-blimburnseeds.com) or social media handles (e.g., https://www.facebook.com/blimburnseeds-official) will result in disqualification from the affiliate program.
Prohibited Advertising Practices
The following advertising methods are not allowed under the Blimburn Seeds affiliate program:
- Unauthorized Email Marketing – Sending self-written newsletters or copying/forwarding official Blimburn Seeds email promotions is strictly prohibited. Only newsletters pre-approved by your affiliate manager are permitted.
- Promotion in Relation to Prohibited Content – Any advertising related to violence, extremism, racism, adult content, defamatory remarks, illegal activities, or other restricted topics will result in immediate termination.
- Cookie Dropping & Malicious Software – The use of adware, spyware, browser plugins (e.g., toolbars, pop-ups, pop-unders, bots, crawlers, scraper bots, etc.) is not permitted.
- Manipulation of Traffic & Sales – Practices such as forced clicks, paid clicks, continuous redirections, non-visible landing pages, or hidden promotional material are strictly forbidden.
- Unauthorized Voucher Code Promotions – Discount codes not approved for affiliate use cannot be promoted.
- Non-Compliant or Incomplete Websites – Websites without proper legal information (e.g., imprint, privacy policy) or those still under construction will be rejected.
- Unauthorized Third-Party Traffic Sources – Using unapproved websites or third-party platforms to drive traffic to Blimburn Seeds is not allowed.
- Email Harvesting for Promotion – Collecting email addresses specifically to promote Blimburn Seeds' offers is strictly forbidden.
- Self-Purchases for Commissions – Affiliates cannot use their own referral links to generate commissions on their personal orders.
- No Cashback Models Accepted - We do not accept collaborations based on cashback incentives.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate termination of the affiliate partnership.
Compliance & Termination Policy
Violations of the affiliate program terms and conditions will result in immediate termination of the partnership and forfeiture of all generated commissions.
In cases of legal violations (competition law, GDPR violations, brand misuse, or intellectual property infringement), Blimburn Seeds reserves the right to terminate agreements and take legal action for damages.
Affiliates are responsible for staying updated on any changes to the program’s terms and conditions to ensure ongoing compliance.
