Welcome to the AURI Affiliate Program. We are a luxury brand committed to craftsmanship, integrity, and meaningful partnerships. The following terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and alignment with our values. By joining our program, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Partner Eligibility & Approval
We thoughtfully review each affiliate application to ensure alignment with AURI’s brand identity and quality standards. We prioritize editorial publishers, premium media outlets, and storytelling platforms that reflect elevated taste and cultural relevance. Select creator partnerships may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
AURI reserves the right to accept or decline applicants at its sole discretion and may remove affiliates whose content or practices no longer align with the values of our program.
Affiliates operating under umbrella or intermediary publisher models are responsible for ensuring that all sub-publishers comply fully with these terms. Any sales generated via sub-publishers that violate these terms, including unauthorized coupon or discount-focused placements, may be declined and may result in removal from the program.
2. Commissions
Commission is earned on approved sales of full-price items made through your tracked links.
Commission rates may vary by product category (e.g., fine jewelry vs. handbags).
We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with advance notice to affiliates.
Returns: If an item is returned for any reason, including for store credit, the associated commission will be reversed.
Gift card purchases are not eligible for commission.
All commissions are subject to Awin’s standard validation period and tracking policy. Only transactions properly tracked via Awin’s tracking code are eligible for commission.
AURI is not responsible for tracking discrepancies, technical failures, or commission disputes arising from issues outside of our control, including third-party platforms.
3. Promotional Codes
At this time, AURI does not offer public affiliate promo codes. Only promotional codes issued directly by AURI and shared within the Awin platform are eligible for commission.
Sales made using unauthorized or expired codes will not be commissionable.
4. Brand Representation & Creative Usage
Affiliates must present AURI with accuracy, clarity, and refinement. We reserve the right to remove affiliates whose content is misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with AURI’s brand values.
Creative assets provided via the Awin platform may be used as-is. Modifications to logos, product images, or other brand visuals are not permitted without prior written approval.
Affiliates promoting AURI on social media must comply with applicable disclosure guidelines, including use of #ad or an equivalent, clearly recognizable tag.
5. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
AURI does not permit brand, product or generic PPC (pay-per-click) activity. This includes:
- Bidding on the AURI brand name or any variations/misspellings
- Using “AURI” in display URLs or ad copy
- Running paid advertisements that direct traffic to aurionline.com
Orders generated through unauthorized search engine campaigns will be deemed invalid. Affiliates using PPC tactics may be removed from the program and forfeit commission on related sales.
6. Coupon & Cashback Sites
AURI does not currently partner with coupon or cashback platforms. Transactions originating from these sources will not be eligible for commission.
7. Misuse & Fraud
Commission will not be paid on orders that:
- Are canceled, returned, or unclaimed
- Are self-referrals
- Involve fraudulent activity, cookie stuffing, or false advertising
We reserve the right to reverse commissions and remove affiliates who engage in misconduct or violate program terms. Any pending commissions may also be withheld if an affiliate is removed for cause, including policy violations or fraudulent activity.
8. Updates & Termination
We may update these terms at any time, with notice provided via the Awin platform. AURI also reserves the right to pause or terminate partnerships that no longer align with the objectives or values of the affiliate program.
