Terms and Conditions
The standard commission rate is set at 5%, we may offer tailored rates for certain publishers at our discretion. Please note commissions are not paid out on gift vouchers or workshops. and exclude VAT and delivery charges.
If an affiliate is found to be in breach of the terms laid out here they will be removed from the programme and all unpaid commissions will be declined.
Niwaki reserves the right to update our affiliate terms and conditions at any time. If you have any questions please get in touch at press@niwaki.com
We do not work with cash back or voucher code sites. The promotion and marketing of any kind of voucher, coupon, incentive, or promotion is not permitted without written consent.
Any type of marketing not covered in these terms should be approved by Niwaki in writing, consent should never be implied for any reason, under any circumstances and if in doubt please contact us to confirm on press@niwaki.com
Tripod Ladders
We do not deliver tripod ladders to the US.
Europe
Customers will need to contact us directly for a delivery price. Please note Niwaki are not responsible for any import duty, taxes or fees incurred and these will be collected by the courier during customs clearance.
PPC Policy
Niwaki operate a strict PPC ban on any brand name activity. We ask you not to bid on our brand name - Niwaki or any misspellings or derivations of our name.
If affiliates are found to be bidding on our brand name, we will ask you to remove the ad and you will be removed from our programme.
