Program Rules & Restrictions
To keep things running smoothly, please note the following:
No bidding on trademarked terms (e.g. “Brown Sugar Babe,” “BrownSugarBabe.net”) on paid search platforms
No code stacking: Only approved affiliate codes may be promoted. Do not combine influencer codes with affiliate links unless explicitly permitted
No misleading promotions (e.g. fake discounts or unauthorized claims)
No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or toolbar traffic
Do not use copyrighted images or creative unless provided by Brown Sugar Babe or Awin
Creative Assets

Termination & Violations
We reserve the right to remove affiliates at any time for violating these terms, including fraudulent activity or misuse of brand assets. But if you have questions or need clarification, we're here to help you succeed.
