Swiss Mountain Rescue Limited Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Swiss Mountain Rescue Affiliate Program (“Program”), hosted on the AWIN affiliate network. By signing up and participating in our Program, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid AWIN publisher account to join the Program. We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate at our sole discretion without prior notice.
2.Commission Structure
All affiliates start on a base commission rate of 10% per validated sale.
Higher commission tiers may be offered based on performance, subject to review and approval.
Commission is paid via AWIN, according to their payment terms and schedule.
No commission is paid on canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
3.Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates must:
-Promote Swiss Mountain Rescue products truthfully and ethically.
-Refrain from making medical claims or unapproved health assertions.
-Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer laws (e.g., FTC guidelines).
-Avoid misleading, deceptive, or aggressive promotional tactics.
Affiliates may not:
-Use paid search ads that bid on our brand name, misspellings, or domain names.
-Misrepresent themselves as Swiss Mountain Rescue in any capacity (e.g., using our brand name in URLs, impersonating official channels).
-Use spam or unsolicited messaging to promote links.
4.Marketing Materials
Swiss Mountain Rescue may provide creatives (banners, copy, images) to assist in promotions. You may only use materials approved or supplied by us. Unauthorised use of our content or trademarks may result in immediate termination from the Program.
5.Tracking and Attribution
Sales are tracked through the AWIN platform. The standard tracking window is 30 days, unless otherwise stated. Swiss Mountain Rescue is not responsible for tracking issues outside of AWIN’s control (e.g., ad blockers, browser privacy settings).
6.Program Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions, commission rates, or Program structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via AWIN or email where possible. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7.Termination
Swiss Mountain Rescue reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. Reasons may include but are not limited to: policy violations, low performance, brand misalignment, or misuse of links.
8.Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commission paid to you during the previous 3 months.
9.Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
