The use of deceptive, misleading, or false claims is strictly prohibited.
Promotions must not be displayed on adult, offensive, or non-brand-safe websites.
2. Restrictions
No paid search (PPC) brand bidding allowed (e.g., “Pietro Brunelli” on Google Ads or Bing).
Domain misspellings, typo-squatting or brand impersonation is strictly prohibited.
Use of Pietro Brunelli’s logo, banners, or photography is allowed only via Awin’s Creatives section.
Affiliates must not modify creatives or create their own branded ads without approval.
3. Discount Codes & Promotions
Use of unauthorized codes may result in commission cancellation or removal from the program.
4. Cookie & Attribution
Standard Awin tracking applies: 30-day cookie window, last-click attribution.
Commission is awarded only on validated, non-returned/exchanged purchases.
5. Program Removal
We reserve the right to pause or remove affiliates at any time, especially in case of:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent behavior or fake traffic
Non-compliant or off-brand content
