Teoxane Affiliate Program Terms
The attribution period is 30 days in case of any returns.
Commissions are paid based on conversions, not clicks. If a customer completes a purchase and no returns are made within the 30-day attribution window, the commission will be validated and paid.

Program Rules & Restrictions
No Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on the Teoxane brand name or any variations/misspellings.
No Trademark + Bidding: Combining the brand name with other keywords for paid search campaigns is strictly prohibited.
No Direct Linking: Affiliates must use their unique Teoxane tracking links to receive proper credit and commission. Direct linking to our website without tracking is not allowed.
No Spamming: Unsolicited or deceptive email practices are not permitted.
No Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates must not artificially place cookies on users’ devices without genuine engagement.
Email Affiliates: Allowed only on a case-by-case basis. All email marketing must be fully CAN-SPAM compliant and approved in advance by Teoxane.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable intellectual property laws and regulations relevant to their promotional activities.
Teoxane reserves the right to immediately terminate any affiliate relationship found engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behavior.
Any pending commissions will be forfeited if the account is terminated for policy violations.
Either Teoxane or the affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
If an order is cancelled or returned, the corresponding commission will be reversed.
If blacklisted or unauthorized promo codes are used by the affiliate, commissions will be reversed.
