To keep our programme fair and effective for all affiliates, please follow these core guidelines:
Brand Bidding
- Do not bid on the Krystal brand name or any close variations/misspellings (e.g. Krystal Hosting, crystel hosting, krystal.io) in search engine marketing (SEM) or pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- You may bid on generic hosting terms (e.g. “web hosting”, “cloud VPS”), but your display URL must not resemble a Krystal URL.
Domains & URLs
- Do not register domain names containing “Krystal” or misspellings of it.
- No subdomains using Krystal brand terms (e.g. krystal.example.com).
- Use of Krystal in subdirectories is allowed (e.g. example.com/krystal).
Landing Pages
- Direct-to-site PPC linking is not permitted. All paid traffic must land on your own website first.
- Affiliates must not pass products directly into the cart or checkout — customer action must occur on our site.
Commission Validation
- Commission is paid on new customer purchases only. A new customer is considered to be a person or organisation that has not had an active account or placed an order for services with the Advertiser for a period of 13 consecutive months running up to the date of the purchase. Renewals and upgrades are excluded.
- Validation follows a 3-month cycle to accommodate plans with the 60-day money-back guarantee.
- Commissions will not be paid for cancellations, fraudulent orders, customers found to be in breach of Krystal's Terms and Conditions or Hosting Acceptable Use Policy, or any instances of self-referral.
- The Publisher agrees not to take any actions or market the Product Range with the intention to create a negative revenue situation for the Advertiser.
- New customers of the Advertiser may only benefit from one incentive scheme. Therefore, if the new customer signs up using a Krystal partner link/code or a referral link/code, no commission will be paid to the Publisher. This is to ensure our pre-existing business relationships with partners and existing customers who refer new customers to us remain strong.
- New customers referred to Krystal via a paid search campaign (PPC) will not be eligible for affiliate commission. This is so that we can measure the effectiveness of our PPC campaigns.
Krystal reserves the right to withhold commissions and/or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
