Affiliate Terms & Conditions – eSIM ReloadNow
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form part of the agreement between you (“Affiliate”) and ReloadNow (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in the ReloadNow Affiliate Program or promoting ReloadNow eSIM products, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law; the applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is expressly excluded.
- Definitions
Products: Digital eSIM services offered for sale as displayed on our website.
Affiliate Program: Marketing arrangement offered to approved Affiliates through AWIN.
Referral Link: Unique trackable URL provided through AWIN for commission purposes.
- Eligibility and Enrolment
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to promote products.
Registration must be completed via the AWIN network with accurate personal details.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
Affiliates must maintain their AWIN account in good standing throughout participation.
- Promotion and Responsibilities
Upon acceptance, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to promote Products using our official materials and referral links as provided via AWIN.
All promotions must comply with our content guidelines and applicable laws.
Misleading, deceptive, or unlawful marketing is strictly prohibited.
- Offers and Commissions
From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts (“Offers”).
Affiliates will earn a commission of 15% on the net sale price (excluding VAT) for each valid completed sale via their referral link, regardless of any Offer or discount applied.
Commissions will be calculated on the net sale price after deduction of any applied Offers, discounts, or refunds.
Commissions are paid through AWIN 30 days after the sale is finalized.
No minimum threshold applies for payouts.
Commissions also apply to self-referrals and internal purchases, subject to AWIN’s policy.
ReloadNow reserves the right to review and exclude commissions generated via self-referrals or internal purchases that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of the program.
- Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time via written notice or through AWIN, effective immediately upon notification.
Following termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease all promotion of ReloadNow’s products and must remove all promotional materials and referral links within 48 hours Any commissions accrued through referrals made after termination will not be payable.
An Affiliate’s account may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
- Prices and Payment
Gross product prices are as listed on our website and may change from time to time.
All payments to Affiliates will be made exclusively via AWIN in accordance with their terms and timings.
- Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays nor failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or internet outages.
ReloadNow is not liable for any commission loss resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to payment processing interruptions, tracking outages, or AWIN system failures.
- Warranties and Disclaimers
Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or suitability of our Products for any specific purpose.
We do not guarantee any particular level of commission or performance of promotional efforts.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReloadNow is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from or related to these Terms or the Affiliate Program.
In no event, shall ReloadNow’s aggregate liability exceed €1,000 or the total commissions paid to you in the six (6) months preceding any claim, whichever is lower.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ReloadNow, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful actions, or misuse of provided materials.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
You agree to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (‘GDPR’), the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (Uitvoeringswet AVG), and all other applicable data protection laws.

- Fraud Prevention
ReloadNow reserves the right to audit Affiliate activities for compliance and to investigate potential fraudulent transactions. ReloadNow may withhold or reverse commissions suspected to be generated through fraudulent, unethical, or non-compliant means.
13. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, and promotional materials remain the exclusive property of ReloadNow.
You are granted a limited licence to use such materials only as authorized under these Terms and our affiliate guidelines.
Any unauthorized use may result in termination and further legal action.
The Affiliate agrees not to register or use any domain names, social media accounts, or advertising accounts that incorporate the ReloadNow trademark or any confusingly similar variations.
13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Issues regarding commission, tracking, or promotional materials should be reported promptly to support@reloadnow.com or via AWIN within sixty (60) days.
We aim to resolve all concerns in good faith.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under Dutch law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any associated agreements, are governed exclusively by Dutch law, with the Vienna Sales Convention excluded.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
