By joining the Seatfrog Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn the agreed permission per successful First Class upgrade made via a valid affiliate link.

Only First Class upgrade purchases are eligible for commission.

No commission will be paid on other Seatfrog products (e.g. SecretFares, Train Swap, tickets, or cancellations).

Commission will not paid out on transactions where a discount code has been used

2. Attribution

Last-click attribution applies (unless otherwise agreed).

All purchases must be made within the 30-day cookie window to be eligible.
 

3. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may use Seatfrog-approved creatives and messaging provided via the Awin platform.

You must not:

Misrepresent Seatfrog or our offers.

Use misleading or deceptive advertising.

Bid on Seatfrog brand terms in paid search without prior approval.

Use forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or other prohibited tactics.
 

4. Payouts

Commissions are tracked and validated by Awin.

Payouts are made via Awin on their regular schedule, following standard validation.
 

5. Programme Eligibility

We welcome a wide range of partners: content sites, blogs, email newsletters, cashback platforms, and more.

We may decline or remove affiliates at our discretion for breaching these terms or promoting in an unsuitable way.
 

6. Other Legal Bits

Seatfrog reserves the right to update or change the terms of the affiliate programme at any time.

Any abuse or suspected fraud may result in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
