Publisher Content & Compliance Guidelines
1. Prohibited Content
Publishers must not promote our products or links on any platform containing the following:
Adult or erotic content, or material intended for sexual arousal.
Age‑restricted products, including alcohol, tobacco, gambling, pharmaceuticals (where applicable), cannabis, vaping.
Violent, hateful, discriminatory, or extremist content, targeting race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Illegal or illicit content, including instructions, facilitation, or endorsement of illegal behavior.
Spam, malware/adware, or disruptive pop‑ups, or any misleading click tactics.
2. Transparency & Affiliates Disclosure
Publishers must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship using statements like “This post contains affiliate links” or “#ad” that are visible above the fold.
Disclosures must comply with local advertising laws (e.g. FTC, ASA, GDPR, CAN‑SPAM).
3. Brand Safety & Intellectual Property
Publishers may only use official creatives provided via AWIN; no alterations or mimicry of our branding or website layouts.
Publishers must not impersonate or misrepresent affiliation. Domain names and content must not closely resemble our brand.
4. Coupon & Promotional Codes
Only coupon codes published within our AWIN campaign may be used. Third-party or leaked codes are strictly forbidden
5. Spam, Fraud, & Unethical Behavior
Prohibited actions include but aren't limited to:
Unsolicited bulk emails (spam), hidden redirects, bots, click-fraud, or forced pop-ups.
Use of malware/adware or misleading technology to gain commissions is strictly disallowed.
6. Email & Social Media Restrictions
Any email campaigns or social promotion must include affiliate disclosure and comply with spam regulations.
Direct placement of affiliate links is not allowed on brand-owned social channels (unless expressly permitted in writing) .
7. Enforcement & Penalties
First violation: Commission for related sales declined; written warning issued; opportunity to correct within 48 hours.
Second violation: All affected commissions voided; account suspended for 7 days.
Third violation: Permanent removal from our affiliate program; all commissions forfeited.
We reserve the right to audit publisher content at any time and enforce these rules without notice.
