Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
These Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the affiliate programme (“Programme”). By applying to or participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Affiliate” means any individual or entity approved to participate in the Programme.
“Company” means the operator of the affiliate programme.
“Qualified Action” means a valid booking, transaction, or other defined conversion completed by a referred user in accordance with these Terms.
“Commission” means the agreed payout for a Qualified Action.
“Tracking Link” means the unique affiliate link used to track referrals.
2. Eligibility & Approval
Participation is subject to approval at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without obligation to provide a reason. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
3. Affiliate Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. Affiliates act as independent contractors and have no authority to bind or represent the Company.
4. Commission Structure
Commission rates, qualifying actions, attribution windows, and validation rules are defined within the affiliate platform or Programme documentation and may be updated from time to time. Commissions are earned only on completed and verified Qualified Actions.
The Company reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for:
• Cancelled, refunded, duplicated, or invalid transactions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Breach of these Terms or applicable laws
Self-referrals, including transactions made by the Affiliate or their immediate household, are strictly prohibited.
5. Tracking & Attribution
Tracking is handled via cookies, pixels, or other attribution methods. The Company does not guarantee tracking accuracy and is not responsible for commissions lost due to technical issues, ad blockers, browser restrictions, or user behaviour.
6. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid after the applicable validation and holding period. Payments are subject to a minimum payout threshold and are made using the payment methods supported by the affiliate platform. Affiliates are solely responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations.
7. Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote the Company only through approved marketing methods. The following are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing:
• Spam or unsolicited messaging
• Misleading or deceptive advertising
• False claims, guarantees, or pricing
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Brand keyword bidding, domain squatting, or URL hijacking
• Cashback, incentives, or rewards unless explicitly approved
• Malware, adware, click injection, or forced redirects
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy laws.
8. Brand Usage
Affiliates may use approved brand assets solely for the purpose of promotion under the Programme. Brand assets may not be altered, sublicensed, or used in a way that damages brand reputation. No use of trademarks or brand terms may suggest endorsement or official representation beyond affiliate participation.
9. Content Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for all content they publish. The Company is not responsible for affiliate claims, representations, or third-party content. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required by law or platform policies.
10. Fraud, Abuse & Compliance
The Company operates a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. Any attempt to manipulate tracking, inflate conversions, exploit vulnerabilities, or bypass Programme rules will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential legal action.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, Affiliates must immediately cease promotion, remove Tracking Links, and discontinue use of brand assets. Outstanding commissions may be withheld where violations or investigations are ongoing.
12. Modifications
The Company may modify these Terms, commission rates, or Programme rules at any time. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or loss of data arising from participation in the Programme.
14. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their promotional activities, content, or breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Company’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
