Mossroam

By joining the Mossroam Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and operate a valid platform (website, social media, blog, etc.).

Mossroam reserves the right to approve or reject any application without reason.

2. Commission & Payouts

Standard commission rate is 10–20% of the net sale value (excluding taxes and refunds).

Commissions are tracked via cookies lasting 30 days from a user’s first click.

Payments are made monthly, once your commission balance reaches $50 USD or more.

Payouts are issued via PayPal or bank transfer (as available).

3. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Use false or misleading advertising to promote Mossroam

Bid on Mossroam-branded keywords (e.g., “Mossroam coupon”) in paid ads

Promote via spam, coupon sites, or unauthorized discounting

Pretend to be Mossroam or imply an employment/ownership relationship

Violation of these rules may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred customer requests a refund or disputes payment, associated commissions will be deducted from your balance or future payouts.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

Upon termination, affiliate links must be removed, and no further commissions will accrue.

6. Brand Use

You may use approved Mossroam banners, logos, and text provided in the affiliate dashboard.

Any custom creative or advertising that uses the Mossroam name/logo must be approved in writing.

7. Changes to the Programme

Mossroam reserves the right to modify these terms, the commission rate, or the programme structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes.

By participating in the Mossroam Affiliate Programme, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
