Terms and Conditions – Turisme de Barcelona (TB)
Commissions: TB will remunerate the affiliate for all confirmed bookings made through their links at bcnshop.barcelonaturisme.com at a rate of 5% excluding VAT, calculated on the taxable base of the total purchases at retail price (PVP), once any applicable promotions have been deducted.
A booking will be deemed confirmed when it has a voucher number and has been paid for by the customer.
Payments: commissions will be paid monthly, with a 30-day payment term, provided that the product is non-refundable or the return period has expired.
Returns and cancellations: bookings may be cancelled or modified by the customer after the purchase date. In such cases, the sale will be paid to the affiliate once the return period has passed or the service’s usage date has elapsed.
Minimum payment amount: there is no minimum threshold to receive commission payments.
Use of the link: affiliates must use their unique link to promote Barcelona Turisme activities and generate sales. Affiliates may promote the site on their websites, social media platforms, or other online channels.
Search engine campaigns (e.g., Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing): only generic keywords and ads that link to the affiliate’s own webpage (which then links to barcelonatickets.com) are permitted. The use of the keyword bcnshop.barcelonaturisme.com, including misspellings, is strictly prohibited in ad text, titles, content, visible URLs, and destination URLs appearing in search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, or any of their search partners.
