Closure London – Affiliate Programme Terms
General Terms
“We”, “our” and “us” refers to Closure London.
“Affiliate” and “you” means the publisher using Awin tracked links to direct traffic to our website in exchange for commission.
“Network” refers to Awin, the affiliate marketing platform.
1. Participation & Compliance
By joining the Closure London Affiliate Programme via Awin (the “Programme”), you agree to these terms.
If you have a separate agreement with us and it conflicts with these terms, that agreement will take precedence.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, advertising regulations, and industry standards including the CAP Code and ASA guidelines.
You must not send unsolicited messages, use spyware, or mislead users about your affiliation with Closure London.
Your site must not promote or contain: illegal activity, hate speech, adult content, political or religious messaging, financial services, or irresponsible promotion of gambling, alcohol, tobacco, or drugs.
Scraping Closure London’s website using bots or other automation is prohibited.
You must keep all confidential information private and use it only to participate in the Programme. Do not publish testimonials, press, or case studies without written consent.
2. Intellectual Property
8. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Closure London assets (e.g. banners) provided by us or Awin, solely for affiliate activity.
9. All Closure London trademarks, branding, and content remain our property. You may not claim ownership or use them beyond the scope of this Programme.
10. Your site must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
11. Do not represent your affiliate site as an official Closure London channel.
3. Transactions & Commission
12. Transaction queries must be submitted within 45 days of the purchase date. Queries submitted after this window may be declined.
13. Transactions are validated monthly, after the 30-day return period.
14. We may withhold commission or suspend participation if you breach these terms.
15. Affiliate sales are de-duplicated against other paid channels including PPC brand, email, display, and CSS.
4. Promotions & Voucher Codes
16. Promo codes may be provided for affiliate use. You agree:
a. Only Closure London-approved or Awin-issued codes may be used
b. Do not promote codes before their official start time
c. Expired codes must be removed or clearly marked as expired
d. You must follow IAB voucher code best practices
17. Browser extensions must not be used without written consent.
18. We may restrict you from linking to certain brands or categories. This will be communicated if applicable.
19. All brand-related email marketing or communications require prior written approval.
20. Do not use CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) for Closure London products unless authorised.
21. Affiliate links may not be used in dropshipping or resale activity. Cashback will not be paid on these transactions. We may also limit cashback usage per customer.
5. Termination
22. Closure London reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Programme with 7 days’ notice via Awin or directly.
23. On termination, you must delete all Closure London materials and confidential information.
6. Paid Media Guidelines
24. You may not bid on Closure London branded terms or close variants in any paid media. No commission will be paid on such traffic.
25. You may not use Closure London URLs in your ads or mislead users into thinking your ad is official brand content.
26. Do not register or use domain names similar to Closure London or its trademarks.
7. Liability & Indemnity
27. You agree to indemnify Closure London from any claims or losses arising from your breach of these terms.
28. We are not responsible for site outages or tracking issues.
29. Our total liability will not exceed the commission paid to you in the 3 months prior to the event.
30. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or other matters that cannot be excluded by law.
