Batch LDN Affiliate Programme - Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the Batch LDN Affiliate Programme, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as any other rules and guidelines provided by Batch LDN. These terms are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
2. Affiliate Eligibility
To participate in the Batch LDN Affiliate Programme, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid, active website, blog, or social media account where you can promote Batch LDN’s products. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Commissions
Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links. Commission rates and payment terms will be outlined in the Affiliate Programme details. All commission payments are subject to validation and approval.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are allowed to promote Batch LDN products through approved marketing channels, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Affiliates must not engage in any misleading or deceptive advertising practices.
5. Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the affiliate dashboard. Payment will be made once a minimum threshold is reached, and all sales have been verified.
6. Termination
Batch LDN reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of the programme’s terms or unethical conduct. Upon termination, all outstanding commission payments will be processed as per the standard terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Batch LDN’s marketing materials, logos, and product images solely for the purpose of promoting the brand. All intellectual property rights remain the property of Batch LDN.
8. Limitation of Liability
Batch LDN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Programme or the use of affiliate links.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK.
