Vinterior Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in promoting Vinterior through the Awin affiliate network. These terms apply to all affiliates participating in the programme.
Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Vinterior via content websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters, provided all activity is GDPR-compliant and aligned with the Vinterior brand.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Bidding on the Vinterior brand name or variations in pay-per-click advertising
- Any promotion via voucher, discount, cashback, loyalty, incentive-based, or browser extension sites and apps
- Use of unauthorised voucher or coupon codes (Vinterior does not issue public discount codes)
- Encouraging users to abandon the Vinterior checkout to search for discount codes
- Use of cookie stuffing, click fraud, artificial traffic, or other fraudulent or misleading practices
- Promotion on websites or channels not aligned with the Vinterior brand
Publisher Types
Vinterior only works with affiliates classified under the “Content” publisher type within the Awin platform. All other publisher types - including but not limited to “Discount code”, “Cashback”, “Loyalty”, “Toolbar/Extension”, and “Email Subnetwork” - are not permitted to promote Vinterior.
This restriction also applies to publishers operating via affiliate sub-networks (e.g. Skimlinks). Vinterior may approve selected premium content publishers who transact through such sub-networks on a whitelist basis. Any sales attributed to non-permitted sub-publishers will not be commissionable.
Commission Eligibility
* Commissions will only be paid for valid sales that are generated by approved publisher types and promotional methods.
* Transactions attributed through prohibited publisher types or unapproved sub-publishers will be reversed.
* Vinterior does not pay commission on:
* Existing customer transactions (defined as customers who have previously registered or purchased)
* Sales where no incremental value is added (e.g. last-click interception at checkout via coupon/loyalty sites)
Additional Terms
* Vinterior reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove affiliates from the programme at any time and without prior notice.
* Commissions may be reversed if promotional activity is found to breach these terms, or if transactions are attributed to non-permitted publisher types.
* Disputes should be raised via Awin and supported with relevant documentation.
* These terms may be updated at any point with 7 days’ notice via the Awin platform.
