Terms and Conditions – NYDJ Affiliate Program
Participation and Admission
Participation in the NYDJ affiliate program is managed via the Awin network.
Applications are reviewed based on relevance, quality, and brand alignment.
NYDJ reserves the right to decline applications or terminate existing partnerships at any time without providing a reason.
Commission Structure
The standard commission is 8% per successful sale.
The cookie duration is 30 days.
Commissions are only awarded for completed purchases that are not returned.
Promotion Guidelines
Use of the NYDJ brand must align with our brand identity and values.
Brand bidding and use of brand names in paid search advertising are not allowed.
Promotion via email marketing, discount codes, cashback, and comparison websites is permitted with prior approval.
Content and Brand Assets
Only officially provided promotional materials may be used.
It is not permitted to create custom banners or visuals without written permission from NYDJ.
Payouts
Payouts are processed via Awin according to their standard payment cycle.
Termination of Partnership
NYDJ reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time in case of violation of these terms or activities that may harm the brand.
Changes to Terms
NYDJ may update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified through Awin.
