1. Program Overview
1.1 This agreement governs participation in Pearlmise's affiliate program via Awin's network ("Program"). By joining, you agree to promote our pearl jewelry ethically.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to:
- Fashion/lifestyle content creators
- Wedding/romance-focused publishers
- Luxury/affluent audience curators
3. Commission Structure
3.1 35% on product sales (excl. taxes/shipping)
3.2 14-Day Cookie Window
3.3 Payment Threshold: $50 via Awin (bi-weekly PayPal/Wire)
4. Compliance Rules
4.1 Do:
✅ Use approved creatives or create your own but with our brand name on it
✅ Disclose affiliate relationships clearly (FTC/FDA compliant)
4.2 Don't:
❌ Bid on "Pearlmise" branded keywords (PPC restriction)
❌ Use pop-ups/forced redirects
5. Brand Protection
5.1 Trademark Guidelines:
- Always capitalize "Pearlmise"
- Never modify product images (e.g., color filters on pearls)
6. Termination
6.1 We reserve the right to revoke access for:
- Fraudulent activity (§6.2a)
- Brand misrepresentation (e.g., associating pearls with medical claims)
7. Custom Clauses for Pearlmise
7.1 High-Value Order Bonus:
- Orders >$2000 qualify for extra 5% commission
7.2 Seasonal Campaigns:
- Valentine's/Wedding collections may have extended 30-day cookies
