Terms and Conditions of Participation
In addition to the general terms and conditions of participation of the affiliate network, the following terms apply to the Lactojoy Partner Program:
1. Partner Approval
The partner may not place hyperlinks on websites containing or associated with the following content: politics, erotica, pornography, weapons, violence or glorification of violence, drugs, and criminally relevant content. The partner further guarantees that their websites are not related to or used in such contexts. Cashback and loyalty publishers are not permitted, as no cashback may be granted on fixed book price articles.
2. Exclusion of Websites
Websites/partners may be excluded at any time, particularly in cases of legal violations or if they:
operate their own affiliate programs,
suffer from poor accessibility (e.g., excessive loading times or frequent downtimes),
have incomplete content,
link to pornographic or violence-glorifying content,
focus primarily on sweepstakes,
or participate in banner exchange programs.
3. Copyright, Name, and Trademark Rights
Partners must respect the copyright and trademark rights of Lactojoy. The use of provided advertising materials is only permitted within the scope of the partner program. The name "Lactojoy" or word combinations containing this name may not be used in HTML page headers or as domain names. This also applies to similar-sounding or similarly spelled words (e.g., typo domains like "lactoiy").
4. Compensation
The partner receives compensation according to the commission model stored in the affiliate network. Commissions are paid on the net revenue of a valid order within the affiliate program. Individual agreements are possible—please contact us beforehand at: lacto-joy@next-level.com.
5. Vouchers
Only vouchers/promo codes explicitly released for the affiliate program (see advertising materials) may be used. Print vouchers from newspapers or magazines are excluded from usage and may not be posted publicly online without written permission. Sales generated using such unauthorized codes will be automatically canceled and not compensated unless there is written consent from Lactojoy.
6. Keyword Buying / SEM
Keyword marketing is prohibited, including bidding on the brand "Lactojoy" or variations in spelling or combinations with other words, as well as bidding on direct competitor brands. The use of the keyword "Lactojoy" in broad, phrase, or exact match in SEM campaigns is prohibited, including any typo variations such as "lactoiy", etc., in all match types.
7. CSS PLA Ads
Shopping ads may only be placed with prior consultation and written approval.
8. Advertising Materials
Only advertising materials provided by Lactojoy may be used. Any modification of image or text materials requires explicit written approval from Lactojoy.
9. Access to the Lactojoy Online Shop
Direct access to all price/product data from the Lactojoy online shop for purposes such as price comparisons, deals, or similar use is not permitted. All actions, product data, images, prices, advertising materials, etc., must be obtained exclusively from the current affiliate network offer.
10. Postview
Promoting the Lactojoy partner program via postview (i.e., setting the Lactojoy shop direct cookie merely by displaying an ad) is not permitted without prior consultation. All sales generated via this technique will be canceled.
11. Liability
The partners shall indemnify Lactojoy GmbH against all third-party claims arising from conduct attributable to the partners. Regardless of legal claims for injunction, damages, or others, Lactojoy GmbH reserves the right to impose a contractual penalty of €5,000 for each violation of competition, copyright, naming, or trademark law.
