Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for Home Seller USA

1. Introduction
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the Home Seller USA Affiliate Program ("Program"). By enrolling, you ("Affiliate") agree to comply with these terms. The Program is operated by Home Seller USA ("Company," "we," "us"), which sells prefabricated houses ("Products").
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
Affiliates may not be employees of Home Seller USA or its subsidiaries.
Affiliates must not promote Products in violation of applicable laws (e.g., false advertising, spam).
3. Commission Structure
Commission: $1,000 USD per item sold.
Qualified Sale Definition: A sale must meet all criteria:
Full payment is received by Home Seller USA.
