Commission Structure
Base Commission: 10% per sale (net of returns, taxes, and shipping)
Cookie Duration: 30 days
Payout Schedule: Monthly (net-30)

Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Carter Bay through blogs, websites, social media, and email (with permission).
Paid search campaigns are not allowed on Carter Bay-branded keywords or domain names.
No coupon or incentive-only sites unless pre-approved.
Content should reflect the premium positioning of the brand—no misleading claims or pricing manipulation.
Prohibited Activity
Bidding on branded keywords (e.g., “Carter Bay,” “CarterBay.com”) in paid ads
Use of unauthorized creatives or misrepresentation of the brand
Promoting on adult, offensive, or illegal content platforms
Self-referrals or fraudulent orders
Additional Notes
Carter Bay reserves the right to remove affiliates at its discretion, especially if guidelines are violated or performance drops.
