Program Terms for the Mustar Affiliate Program
Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before you join our program or begin marketing of our program. These terms and conditions are written in plain terms intentionally avoiding legalese to ensure that they may be clearly understood and followed by affiliates. Adherence to the terms and conditions provides that our Mustar affiliate program is sustainable and profitable for both Mustar and our affiliates. (Please note - this program operates with a 7 day closure notice period)
1. Commission Structure
Standard commission: 10% of selling price
Cookie duration: 30 days
Commission is paid on valid, completed orders (excluding returns, fraud, or canceled orders).
2. Prohibited Promotional Methods
Affiliates may NOT:
Use paid search bidding on our brand name or variations (e.g. “Mustar coupon”, misspellings, etc.).
Use false, misleading, or unapproved advertising content.
Promote via spam email, adware, or unauthorized coupon/reward sites.
Frame our website or use iframes to track traffic.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may use only the banners, logos, and text links provided by Mustar or approved by us in writing.
All promotional content must reflect our brand values and comply with FTC disclosure rules.
Affiliates must disclose their relationship as a paid partner when promoting our products.
4. Return & Cancellation Policy
Commissions will be reversed for refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
Commission locking period: 30 days after sale
5. Trademark Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to use our trademarks in domain names, social media handles, or ad accounts.
Misuse of brand terms may result in termination from the program without notice.
6. Coupon & Deal Sites
Affiliates may only promote approved coupon codes provided by Mustar.
Use of unauthorized codes will result in commission voids or removal from the program.
7. Program Management
We reserve the right to:
Approve or reject any affiliate application;
Modify commission rates and terms with prior notice;
Remove affiliates who violate these terms or engage in unethical behavior.
