By joining the Easy Online Divorce Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your participation as an affiliate partner. These terms are separate from our client Terms of Business and apply solely to affiliate publishers.
1. Programme Overview
The Easy Online Divorce Affiliate Programme allows approved partners to earn commission by referring customers to our services via tracked affiliate links. This programme is managed via the Awin affiliate network.
2. Commission and Cookie Duration
Commission structure and cookie duration will be confirmed in your Awin affiliate dashboard. Unless otherwise stated:
- Commissions are paid on valid, tracked sales referred via your affiliate link
- Commission rates and cookie lengths are subject to change with notice
We reserve the right to reject commissions on cancelled, refunded, or duplicate orders, or in cases of fraud or non-compliance.
3. Prohibited Promotional Methods
To protect our brand and ensure fair use, you agree not to:
- Bid on our brand name ("Easy Online Divorce") or misspellings in PPC campaigns
- Promote through adult, gambling, or inappropriate content
- Mislead users or make false claims about our services
- Use unapproved discount codes or impersonate our business
- Register domains or social handles using our brand name
- Send unsolicited email (“spam”) promoting our services
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate found in breach of these terms.
4. Approved Channels
You may promote via content sites, blogs, email (with pre-approval), loyalty platforms, and trusted community platforms. Promotion must be targeted to individuals in England and Wales only, as our services are jurisdiction-specific.
5. Tracking and Reporting
Tracking is managed by Awin. We are not responsible for any commission lost due to ad blockers, user browser settings, or technical errors outside our control.
6. Brand Guidelines
You must adhere to our [Brand Guidelines], which define how to present Easy Online Divorce in a consistent, respectful, and professional manner. Any unauthorised use of our logo, tone, or imagery may result in removal from the programme.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice via Awin. If we suspect fraudulent or harmful activity, we may remove you from the programme immediately and withhold commissions.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the programme. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount of commission earned and paid.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published to your affiliate dashboard or sent via Awin messaging.
