Welcome to the Willem David Affiliate Program on AWIN. Below are our standard program terms. Please review them carefully before applying.
✅ Commission Structure:
- Base Commission: 10% per sale
- Performance Tiers: Up to 20% based on volume and campaign performance
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Attribution Model: Last-click
✅ Payout Terms:
- Commissions are tracked and paid via AWIN according to their standard payout schedule.
- Commission reversals may occur for cancelled orders, returned items, or suspected fraud.
✅ Promotional Guidelines:
- Affiliates may use any approved banners, links, and product imagery provided via the AWIN platform.
- All promotional content must accurately represent Willem David products and brand values.
- Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims.
❌ Prohibited Activities:
- No PPC bidding on branded terms (e.g., “Willem David,” “WillemDavid.com”)
- No direct linking or hijacking of our domain in paid search
- No email spam or unsolicited commercial messaging
- No adult, hate, violence, or illegal drug-related content
- No coupon or discount code websites unless pre-approved
🚫 Trademark Policy:
Affiliates may not use “Willem David” or any variation of our trademarked brand name in domain names, social media handles, or search engine advertising without written consent.
🤝 Program Termination:
We reserve the right to remove or ban affiliates who violate our terms, misuse creative, or engage in unethical marketing behavior
