# DolphinUnion Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
## 1. Program Overview
This Affiliate Program is operated by DolphinUnion ("Advertiser"). Publishers ("Affiliates") may promote DolphinUnion’s digital China travel guides and related products ("Products") in exchange for commission on qualifying sales.
## 2. Commission Structure
- **Commission Rate**: 50% commission on the net revenue of each qualifying sale.
- **Cookie Period**: 30 days. If a user clicks your affiliate link and completes a purchase within 30 days, you will receive commission for that sale.
- **Payment Threshold**: Minimum payout is $50. Payments are made via Awin’s standard payment methods.
## 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All digital travel guide products are non-refundable once the download link is sent to the customer. Commissions will only be reversed if the order is fully cancelled before product delivery.
## 4. Prohibited Promotion Methods
Affiliates must NOT:
- Bid on DolphinUnion brand keywords (including misspellings) in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Use spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized incentives (e.g., cashback) to drive traffic.
- Promote on illegal, adult, or offensive websites. - Modify affiliate links or use cookie-stuffing.
- Use DolphinUnion trademarks or logos without prior written approval.
## 5. Attribution & Deductions
- Commissions are only paid for valid, completed sales that are not cancelled, refunded, or charged back.
- Refunds or chargebacks will result in the corresponding commission being reversed.
## 6. Program Modifications
DolphinUnion reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program rules at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via the Awin platform.
## 7. Termination
We may terminate your participation in the program immediately if you violate these terms. By joining this program, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
