Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
1. Commission & Payouts
Commission is paid on approved sales only, after returns/cancellations are deducted.
Payouts are made at least 30 days after the order date to ensure return windows are accounted for.
Commission rates may vary by campaign or product type and are communicated via the Awin platform.
No commission will be paid on self-referrals, fraudulent orders, or orders using unauthorised discount codes.
2. Cookie Duration
Our standard cookie window is 30 days, unless otherwise specified for a particular campaign.
3. Traffic Sources
Affiliates must disclose all promotional methods (e.g. social, blog, paid search).
PPC (Pay Per Click) bidding on our brand name or close variants is not allowed.
Use of voucher code websites must be approved in advance.
Email marketing campaigns must comply with GDPR and require our prior approval.
4. Brand Representation
Affiliates must accurately represent the brand – no misleading claims about product benefits, pricing, or promotions.
Use of official brand assets (logos, images) must align with our brand guidelines and must not be altered.
Affiliates must not create social media accounts or websites that impersonate the brand.
We reserve the right to be selective about the partners we work with and reserve the right to reject or cease activity with affiliate partners without notice or explanation.
5. Promotional Restrictions
Affiliates may not promote using unauthorised coupon codes, cashback, or loyalty schemes without prior agreement.
Promotion on adult, hate, or politically extreme websites is strictly prohibited.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Commission will not be paid on:
Orders cancelled by the customer
Refunded or returned orders
Orders flagged as fraudulent
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property (logos, product images, content) remains the sole property of [Your Brand Name].
Affiliates are granted limited, revocable rights to use brand materials solely for the purposes of promotion under this programme.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate at any time, without notice.
Affiliates may terminate participation at any time via the Awin platform.
9. Programme Changes
We may update these terms, including commission rates, via Awin.
Continued participation after changes implies acceptance.
10. Legal & Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all relevant advertising, disclosure and consumer protection regulations, particularly those relating to sponsored content and affiliate links. In the UK (where 100 Acres is based), this includes, but is not limited to, the CAP Code and ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) guidelines.
You must clearly disclose your relationship with us in all promotional content. Acceptable forms of disclosure include, but are not limited to:
“#ad”
“Paid partnership with [Brand Name]”
“In collaboration with [Brand Name]”
Affiliates must also ensure that all product claims are accurate, not misleading, and in line with applicable laws and industry standards.
Please note – this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period.
