Additional Terms and Conditions
These additional terms apply to affiliates participating in the allbranded UK affiliate programme via AWIN and are binding in addition to the general AWIN Terms and Conditions.
1. Tracking & Technical Requirements
Affiliates are only entitled to commission if a transaction is tracked via the AWIN tracking system. This requires full technical integration of AWIN's tracking code. Transactions not recorded due to the use of ad blockers, cross-device activity, or browser restrictions are not eligible for commission.
The standard cookie duration is 30 days. In cases of multiple referrals, last-click attribution applies via the AWIN tracking system.
2. Commission & Payment
A commissionable sale is defined as a fully completed and paid order by a UK-based business customer. Commissions will not be paid if:
- the order is cancelled, returned, or refunded
- the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent
- the order is made by the affiliate themselves or related parties
Bonus payments or tiered commission increases may be granted based on performance, conversion rate, or campaign quality - these must be confirmed in writing by allbranded UK. There is no legal entitlement to special payments, promotions, or premium terms unless explicitly confirmed.
Important: allbranded strictly focuses on B2B sales. Only purchases made by verified companies, associations, or public institutions qualify for commission. Orders placed by private individuals (B2C) or by the affiliate themselves (self-orders) are explicitly excluded from commission payments.
We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our standard B2B customer criteria.
3. Advertising Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to:
- use brand bidding (e.g. bidding on “allbranded”, misspellings, or domain names) on paid search engines
- run ads that suggest an official partnership or imply direct endorsement
- use voucher or discount codes not explicitly approved by allbranded UK
- redirect traffic through unauthorised coupon or cashback sites
- send commercial messages that violate GDPR, spam policies, or other legal requirements
Affiliates must request and receive explicit written permission before engaging in media buying (e.g. via Google Ads or Bing Ads) or paid social campaigns using our brand.
4. Content, Compliance & CI Requirements
Affiliates must ensure that:
- content is factually accurate and aligns with the allbranded brand values
- our logo, promotional banners, and assets are used in accordance with our current corporate design
- content does not include offensive, misleading, or discriminatory messaging
We reserve the right to request edits or immediate removal of content that violates these terms.
5. Prohibited Practices
The following activities will result in immediate programme removal:
- cookie dropping or cookie stuffing
- use of unapproved voucher codes
- misuse of our brand name, trademarks, or misleading branding
- redirecting traffic through intermediate domains or cloaking
- sending traffic from non-approved geographic markets outside the UK
6. Programme Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to:
- amend commission models, cookie lifetimes, or programme terms with prior notice
- reject affiliates at our own discretion
- suspend or terminate affiliates who violate these terms or compromise programme integrity
Affiliates will be informed of significant changes to these terms via AWIN.
7. Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this program will be handled by the courts located in London, UK.
Effective as of: 04 June 2025
