Discounts and Coupons
- Expired discounts and coupons must be removed from your website on the day of their expiration;
- Discounts and expired coupons must not be in any case communicated to consumers;
- Only official discounts and coupons submitted by the affiliated account manager can be promoted by an affiliate;
- Discounts and coupons cannot be combined and advertised as combinable with any other form of coupon discount or cash discount, unless otherwise specified by the affiliated account manager.
Validation of sales with promo code
OSIGHT reserves the right to refuse sales made using an unauthorized coupon code. This applies whether the code has been announced or not on the website.
Bulk Orders
OSIGHT reserves the right to refuse commissions on bulk orders.
Domain Restrictions
Affiliates must not register domains similar to our brand or misspelled. Any activity of this nature in the campaign will result in refusal of commissions and confiscation of the domain.
Creative
Affiliates are requested to only use creations available in their affiliated account for promoting Osight. Please contact us if you need an additional size. OSIGHT provides flash banners and also provides promotional banners.
Notice and Action
Affiliates agree to act and remedy at any request that brings them in line with the conditions of the OSIGHT program within a period of at least 7 working days. Exceptions to this rule are at the discretion of the affiliated account managers.
Violation of Terms
OSIGHT reserves the right to withhold commission payments to any affiliate that violates these conditions.
