Program Terms for the BILALI The Label Affiliate Program
Welcome to the BILALI The Label Affiliate Program. These Program Terms govern the relationship between BILALI The Label (the “Advertiser”) and you as a participating publisher (the “Publisher”) within the AWIN affiliate network.
1. Participation
Participation is open to publishers whose content aligns with the Advertiser’s brand. The Advertiser reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and to terminate any partnership at any time without prior notice.
2. Commission
Commission is granted on a performance basis. The applicable commission rate will be agreed individually with each Publisher. Commissions are payable only for valid, fully completed, and non-returned transactions. The following will result in commission being declined:
- Self-referrals
- Cancelled orders
- Returned orders
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
3. Tracking
All transactions are tracked via the AWIN tracking system. The applicable cookie duration will be defined individually. Commission will only be paid for transactions that are correctly tracked and attributed within the defined cookie period.
4. Permitted Promotional Methods
The following promotional methods are permitted:
- Content websites that are relevant to the Advertiser’s brand
- Social media channels (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), provided content is brand-compliant
- Email marketing, subject to prior written approval by the Advertiser
- Voucher and coupon promotion, subject to prior approval by the Advertiser
5. Prohibited Promotional Methods
- Brand bidding on search engines (e.g., Google Ads using the brand name or branded keywords)
- Typosquatting or abusive domain usage
- Cookie dropping or any form of manipulation
- Direct redirects to the advertiser’s website
- Publishing false discounts or misleading content
6. Use of Advertising Materials
Publishers may only use advertising materials (including but not limited to banners, logos, and text links) that have been provided or explicitly approved by the Advertiser. Any modification of such materials requires prior written consent.
7. Disclosure Obligation
The partner is required to clearly label all promotional content—especially affiliate links—as advertising in accordance with applicable legal requirements. The advertiser assumes no liability for violations of legal disclosure obligations.
8. Rejection of Commissions
The Advertiser reserves the right to decline or reverse commissions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or any breach of these Program Terms.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership at any time without cause. Following termination, no further commissions shall be payable, except for those already validly tracked and approved within the AWIN system.
10. Legal
These Program Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Advertiser, to the extent permitted by law. Should any provision of these Program Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
