Gerard Darel UK Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions for Publishers
1. General
By applying to and/or joining the Gerard Darel US Affiliate Program, publishers agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated below.
It is the publisher’s responsibility to stay informed of any updates. Non-compliance may lead to commission reversal, suspension, or termination of participation.
2. Publisher Benefits
Upon approval, publishers will receive a welcome code offering 10% off on the first customer order.
Additional marketing creatives and promotional guidelines will be made available to support publisher campaigns.
3. Commission Structure and Rates
A default commission rate of 10% is applied on all sales generated via the affiliate link.
Commission rates do not vary by product category or basket value, but may vary by customer profile (e.g., Press & Influence / New vs. existing clients).
The cookie tracking period applies as per the affiliate contract.
4. Validation Process & Returns Policy
Sales validation and commission eligibility are subject to the official Gerard Darel policy:
RETURN
Customers have 30 days from package receipt or pick-up to return items fully or partially.
Returned products must be in original packaging, with labels intact and in perfect condition.
Proof of return shipment should be kept until reimbursement is complete.
Returns outside France are handled via Global-e (e-commerce partner) and Baback (returns partner).
Customers with a Gerard Darel account can initiate returns via the “My Orders” section; others need their order number from the delivery form.
Returns cannot be initiated before dispatch.
Eurozone (excluding France), Switzerland, UK: Standard returns are free; Express returns are charged based on parcel weight.
USA: All returns are free.
Returns take 2 to 5 working days to arrive.
Warehouse processing time can be up to 21 days.
Shipping, customs duties, and taxes details can be found on the Global-e partner site.
REFUND
Refund confirmation is sent by email once processed.
Refunds are made to the original payment method; timing depends on the bank/payment provider.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not possible via the website. Customers must return the original order and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Voucher Codes
Only official voucher codes distributed through Gerard Darel affiliate programme channels may be used by publishers.
Unauthorized use of voucher or promotional codes may result in commission denial or suspension.
6. Cookie Period
The cookie tracking duration is detailed in the affiliate contract and governs commission attribution for sales after initial customer clicks.
7. Breach of Terms
Any breach of these terms, including fraudulent activity, misuse of codes, or violation of programme rules, may lead to:

- - Temporary or permanent suspension from the programme
- - Potential legal action if applicable
