By joining the True Classics UK Affiliate Program on Awin, you agree to the following general terms and conditions. These apply to all publisher types including content partners, CSS platforms, cashback, voucher, and media affiliates.
🔹 General Guidelines:
All affiliates must operate in accordance with UK advertising regulations, Awin’s Code of Conduct, and ethical marketing practices.
Publishers must not engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, ad hijacking, or any form of traffic manipulation.
All promotions must reflect accurate prices, availability, and offers at the time of publication.
Any marketing message or landing page claiming to represent True Classic must be pre-approved or use official brand materials.
🔹 Compliance Requirements:
Affiliates must disclose their promotional methods during onboarding or before launch.
Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or artificial inflations of conversions will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of commission.
Affiliates must respond to compliance requests from True Classic or Awin within 72 hours.
❗ CSS-Specific Restrictions (STRICT)
If you are a Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) partner, the following rules apply strictly:
Bidding on brand terms is strictly prohibited, including:
"True Classic"
"True Classic UK"
"TrueClassicTees"
Any typo, variation, or brand+generic combination (e.g., “True Classic Shirts UK”)
Direct linking from paid search to the True Classic website is not allowed.
Any violation of these terms will result in immediate removal from the program and cancellation of commissions.
True Classic reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Breach of these guidelines may result in temporary suspension, permanent removal, or other corrective actions.
