Program Overview
The Stila Cosmetics US Affiliate Program invites you to partner with a renowned beauty brand known for its innovative, high-performance makeup. With a strong reputation for quality, artistry, and trend-setting products, Stila empowers everyone to express their unique beauty. As an affiliate, you’ll earn commissions by driving traffic and sales through your promotional efforts across digital platforms.
Commission Structure
Our commission model is designed to reward different types of affiliates fairly:
Voucher/Coupon Sites: 2% commission on net sales
Content Creators & Influencers: 6% - 10% commission on net sales
Cashback, Rewards, Editorial: 6% - 10% commission on net sales
Exclusive Publishers/Seasonal Promotions: Temporary CPA uplifts available based on performance and reach
Commissions are calculated on net sales (excluding tax, shipping, and returns). Special promotional rates will be communicated in advance via Awin.
PPC and Brand Bidding Policy
To protect the integrity of our brand:
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on “Stila,” “Stila Cosmetics,” or any brand-related or misspelled terms. Such as: Stila, Stila Cosmetics, Stilla Cosmetics (common misspelling), Stila Makeup, Buy Stila Online, Stila discount code, Stila promo code,Stila coupons, Stila free shipping, Stila sale
Direct linking from PPC ads to the Stila website is not allowed.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program.
Voucher Code Policy
To ensure fair and effective promotions:
Only authorized codes provided by Stila may be used.
Use of unauthorized or expired codes may lead to commission disqualification.
We reserve the right to audit voucher usage and take corrective action as needed.
Cookie Duration
Stila offers a 30-day cookie window. If a user clicks your affiliate link and completes a purchase within 30 days, you’ll receive commission on that sale.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Stila through the following channels (compliant with relevant regulations):
Beauty and lifestyle blogs or websites
Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Email campaigns (must comply with privacy and anti-spam laws)
Content must reflect Stila’s brand values and avoid false, misleading, or unethical promotions.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must refrain from:
Misleading advertising or misrepresentation
Spam or unauthorized email marketing
Promotion on websites with offensive, harmful, or illegal content
Bidding on branded search terms (as per section 3)
Use of unauthorized discount codes (see section 4)
Breaches may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
Payout and Payment Terms
Commission payments are handled via Awin and follow their payment schedule and thresholds. Affiliates will receive monthly payments, typically processed within 30 days of each calendar month’s end.
Tracking and Reporting
Sales and performance tracking is managed via Awin’s platform. Affiliates can access real-time reporting on clicks, conversions, and earnings directly through their dashboard.
Regular Updates and Promotions
Stila will share exclusive campaigns, product launches, and temporary CPA increases via Awin and email. Affiliates are encouraged to participate in these promotional opportunities to maximise earnings.
Termination and Removal
This partnership may be terminated at any time by either party. Stila reserves the right to remove affiliates who violate program terms or fail to meet performance standards.
Compliance and Legal Requirements
Affiliates are expected to comply with:
FTC Disclosure Guidelines (for U.S. affiliates)
Data privacy laws (including GDPR where applicable)
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Stila in all content
Failure to comply with legal or brand standards may result in program removal.
